“ Wait...Andronico's is owned by Safeway? I will confess that I use their parking lot to park my car to go around Solano. I can not find parking that I don't have to pay. I could park at the Safeway down the street to park. I have check the inside of Andronico's. I will admit I get lost wondering inside. This store has been around for more than 20 years. The grocery store that people in Albany/Berkeley go to do their grocery shopping. What do I like about Andronico's....fresh produce. If you compare the produce to Safeway somehow Andronico's vegetables seem more fresh. Does anyone know where is another Andronico's in the Bay Area? This seems to be the only one I can find. ”
“ Stopped here for lunch with friend and we were fortunate enough to have Sam make our sandwiches. OMG, he is engaging and just such a joy. Handsome with a Beautiful smile and extremely pleasant. Friend got turkey w/pepper jack on wheat w/everything and I ordered as usual, a grilled cheese on sliced sourdough but instead of cheddar and jack, I got asiago and cheddar with the olive tapenade and OMG, delicious. My friend throughly enjoyed his sandwich as well and although we've been here a number of times, we truly enjoyed our experience today. Thank you Sam for your pleasurable attitude and love for your job. It definitely shows. ”
